Area Sports Administrator
Prior to travel, the Area Sports Administrator (ASA) is responsible
for communications, scheduling and paperwork. The ASA schedules
athlete interviews and coordinates attendance and participation by
area coaches and team leaders. The ASA is the primary point of
contact for local families and is responsible for gathering all
athlete information.
Athletic Directors
Athletic directors serve as liaisons between event organizers,
coaches, team leaders and on-site
program staff.
Coaches
In addition to helping you prepare for travel, coaches supervise
activities, teach content and actively participate in the program.

Delegation Managers
All international programs have a delegation manager who greets your
delegation at the airport and travels with you throughout the program.
The delegation manager is an English-speaking guide familiar with
the destination countries. This person will act as the facilitator
for your journey, coordinating your schedule and ensuring that our
program specifications are met.
Team Leaders
Team leaders help to conduct your interview and orientation
meetings. They also work with student-athletes throughout the travel
experience and supervise activities.
